This rental agreement is made between the Lessor (the operator providing service under the name Moments Hub) and the Renter (the signed-in member making this booking). The rented equipment, rental dates, and amounts are as shown in this booking summary. By clicking accept, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement, which takes the place of a handwritten signature under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, with the date/time, agreement version, and accepting member recorded as evidence.
Monetary terms (deposit, security deposit, late-return fee, and cancellation) are shown according to each event's settings during the booking step.
Equipment means the electronic devices rented out — such as mobile phones, cameras, lenses, chargers, adapters, and accessories — as listed in this booking.
Rent means the rental amount shown in the booking, which the Renter must pay in full.
The Lessor agrees to rent, and the Renter agrees to rent, the equipment listed in this booking, which is the lawful property of the Lessor, for the agreed purpose only.
Using it for any other purpose ends the agreement, and the Renter is liable for penalties or damages under clause 7.
The rental period follows the dates selected in the booking. At the end of the term, the Renter must return all equipment complete and in good condition.
To extend the term, notify the Lessor at least 7 days in advance; approval is at the Lessor's discretion.
The booking deposit counts as advance rent; the Renter must still pay the remaining rent in full. Amounts and due dates are as shown in the booking.
On late payment, the Lessor may forfeit the deposit and charge default interest at 15% per year from the date of default.
A booking may require a security deposit as shown in the booking, collected at pickup and refunded when the equipment is returned complete and in normal condition.
The Lessor hands over the listed equipment in working condition at pickup. The Renter inspects it in person and verifies identity with a valid ID card at pickup.
If no written objection is raised at pickup, the equipment is deemed received complete and in good condition, and the Renter allows the Lessor or its agent to inspect the equipment with prior notice.
The Renter must care for the equipment as a reasonable person would care for their own property.
If the equipment is damaged, depreciated, lost, or destroyed — whether or not caused by the Renter — the Renter is liable to compensate at the actual damage value, and the Lessor may forfeit the security deposit without prior notice.
The Renter is in breach when they fail to return or are late returning the equipment, cause damage or loss whether intentional or not, fail to pay rent, penalties, interest, or fees as required, or provide false information or documents.
The Renter must keep the equipment in good working condition throughout the rental period at their own cost, and must not let unqualified persons open, repair, or modify it.
The Renter uses the equipment for the agreed purpose. To let another person use it, the Renter must notify and obtain the Lessor's consent first; otherwise it is a breach of the agreement.
If any clause is void or invalid, only that clause is affected; the rest of the agreement remains in force.
If either party breaches the agreement, it ends without notice, and the breaching party is liable for the resulting damages.
The Renter may not sublet or modify the equipment without the Lessor's written consent.
On violation, the agreement ends immediately and the Lessor may claim damages and the full remaining rent.
Contact, demands, or notices are sent through the channels the Renter provided (email, LINE, or the phone number in their profile) and are deemed duly received by the Renter.
This agreement is governed by and interpreted under Thai law, and disputes are submitted to the Thai courts.
